City of Gulfport Memorial Trees
Plant a lasting memorial in honor of someone special. Honor a loved one with a stately oak or majestic magnolia for centuries to come.
In partnership with the Gulfport Civic League, the City of Gulfport now offers families, organizations and businesses the opportunity to purchase a tree “in memory” or “in honor” of local individuals.
The Program
When purchasing a tree, you can select from three categories: flowering, shade or evergreen. The City of Gulfport’s Beautification Department will select, plant and maintain the trees, which will serve as lasting and living memorials and help to enhance our city’s natural canopy.
