Harbor boat launches to close after holiday
The contractor for the harbor restoration will begin working on Jones Park Drive on Wednesday, July 6, which means the harbor boat launches will be shut down Tuesday night.
The construction ties the east and west end of Jones Park Drive together by the launch ramps and the lighthouse. The contract for this phase of the work is for 120 calendar days, which means the launches will be closed for three months.
